I did not know what to expect from this show, including how musical it would be, but I knew it would be good. I went as a normal guest, with the option of taking some shots for the show. Mobile phone photos do not compare and we all know it.
So, I went along, and I knew Hans-Jürgen Schatz already, if not very well, but knew he is a very talented artist and a great supporter of the arts.
The show started with him reading an extract from Christopher Isherwood’s book “Goodbye Berlin”.
And it contained songs sung by a very talented singer, who is only 18 years old and will definitely be famous soon enough, Atrin Madani.
Atrin was not the only one singing though. Sophia Euskirchen was most impressive too, singing many songs, the names of which I must admit I do not know, but it was cabaret songs and she did an excellent job.
The singers did not sing without someone skillfully playing the Piano. They were accompanied by Nikolai Orloff.
